Hakuba, Nagano Prefecture. At an altitude of 1,100m, there’s a swing for enjoying the malavilloso view like Heidi, Girl of the Northern Alps. For those who want to enjoy even more nature, there are plenty of activities like mountain biking, trekking, camping, and horse riding. My recommended place is the Happo Pond, at an altitude of about 2,060m, which reflects the Hakuba range on its surface. In early summer, you can see the white scenery of remaining snow. Take the gondola lift on the Happo Alpine Line up to about 1,830m, and then walk the remaining 230m of altitude on a 1.5 to 2km trekking course to see this magnificent view.
